What does working with me look like?

An excellent question!

We begin with a free introductory call, which takes around 15 minutes. This is where we get to know each other - you can tell me about you and what you need a little support with, and I can tell you more about my process and how I can help.

We essentially establish whether we’d be a good fit working together, and what that might look like for you.

If we’re a fit (hooray!) then we get started. This might look like an initial consultation and a single follow up, or maybe we create a tailored package that will support you over a longer period.

1:1 Nutrition Consultations

INITIAL CONSULTATION & PLAN

Every single new client will begin with an initial consultation which lasts between 60 and 90 minutes. We dive into your health history, current symptoms, lifestyle, food habits and more.

I then spend up to half a day researching and creating your personalised Nutrition & Lifestyle Plan.

The initial consultation includes:

  • 60 - 90 MINUTE INITIAL CONSULTATION

  • YOUR PERSONAL NUTRITION & LIFESTYLE PLAN

  • RECIPE RECOMMENDATIONS TAILORED TO YOU

  • SUPPLEMENT RECOMMENDATIONS (if necessary)

  • FUNCTIONAL TESTING RECOMMENDATIONS (if necessary)

  • EMAIL SUPPORT WHENEVER YOU NEED

FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENT

This follows your initial consultation, where we review your progress. We discuss what’s been a success, what needs more work, and we tweak and refine your plan to build on your progress.

This process looks different for everyone. Maybe you want a weekly appointment to keep you accountable, or maybe you just want to check in every few weeks.

Regardless of how we work together, each appointment includes:

  • 30 - 45 MINUTE FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT

  • A SUMMARY OF EACH FOLLOW-UP CALL

  • NEW GOALS ADDED TO YOUR PLAN

  • NEW SUPPLEMENT RECOMMENDATIONS (if necessary)

  • FUNCTIONAL TESTING RECOMMENDATIONS (if necessary)

  • EMAIL SUPPORT WHENEVER YOU NEED

SO, what happens once we’ve booked in our initial consultation?

  1. First things first, I’ll send you some paperwork to complete - this includes a food diary and a short questionnaire, just to give me a good idea of your starting point and where we need to focus on.

  2. Then we have our initial consultation. Some of the questions might seem a bit weird, but trust me - there’s method to the madness. Everything I ask you helps me to develop an informed picture of you and your health, meaning I can create a plan that truly supports your individual needs.

  3. I’ll then create your bespoke Nutrition & Lifestyle Plan. I spend around half a day creating this, deep-diving into research papers and scientific findings to create something that’s not just useful, but is actually achievable for you. As well as habits, tips and goals, it includes my tried-and-rested framework for creating meals, and specially tailored recipes.

  4. Depending on your plan, we’ll have a series of follow-up calls to keep you accountable, plus access to me via email to make sure I’m always on hand to answer your questions.
